Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass are my all time favourites (this is how much I love them: I found a '49 Randomhouse boxset and almost cried. I'd go beat up Alice Liddle's decedents for Alice Underground.). Neil Gaiman, Laurell K. Hamilton, Tanya Huff, Jane Yolen, Tamora Pierce,Ellen Hopkins, Franscesca Lia Block, Charles DeLint, Anne Bishop, William Shakespear, and Jane Yolen are my favourite writers. Basically Scifi/Fantasy/Vampire/Urban Fairy Tales etc. I adore most manga and graphic novels from around the world. My favourites are anything by Neil Gaiman, Mikiyo Tsuda (Shes so amazing the straightest thing shes written had gender bending), Kaori Yuki, Sam Kieth, most Marvel, some DC/Darkhorse, the Anita Blake Comics, Battle Angel Alita, Cresent Moon, Othello, Tarot Cafe, Yu Yu Hakusho, Nana, Magic Knight Rayearth, InuYasha, and a whole bunch more.

Yeah, I am also a student, but all my spare money goes on music lol. Cage is brilliant. Interesting story. In his teens his parents sent him to a mental institution and he was used as a guinea pig for prozac and other drugs. Ignore his first album and mixtapes which is movies for the blind etc, because he was psychotic and heavily into drugs and its just disturbing for the sake of being disturbing and not his best work. Start with Hells Winter. It is the album he made when he stopped drugs and truly said how he felt, and said everything that he ever wanted to say, spoke full about his past and his life. Its an incredible album. His new one is a follow up from Hells Winter called Depart From Me and its just unlike any other hip hop album and its extremely depressive but great at the same time lol
