I would tell everyone I love how I feel about them and how they made my life so special :) (though i try to do this every single day), I would wanna run, tire myself out, see the sea, feel the wind, the sun, the stars, keep them enclosured in my head till I'd close my eyes.

Tenta escrever, vais ver q acaba por sair aquilo que pretendes, eu tb pensava q ñ conseguia expressar-me bem e continuo a achar que fazia melhor. Mas dps de ler bons autores começei a usar termos q eles usam e as conjugações acabaram por ficar personalizadas. Sim é verdade q sou mto racionalista e infelizmente tb pessimista o q dá uma conotação negra aos textos, mas real penso eu.. Qnd escreveres deixa-me ler tb :) bjinhos

Hó então… podes perguntar cenas á vontade! Até pk fui mto vaga…O estudo da filosofia oriental, nomeadamente a vertente Jñana yoga, permitiu-me ver as coisas de forma diferente (isto é, ver para além da matéria) e foi aí que desfrutei de alguns sintomas de esquizofrenia (“doença” que considero normal e pela qual todos deviam passar… lol). Ñ tenho mta experiencia em meditações, depois do estado alpha geralmente ñ me controlo e adormeço… e a verdade é q no estado hipnótico tb ñ me aguento mto tempo na maioria das vezes, exige mta concentração. Um grande bjinho para a Tata 

Sim é isso, o estado meditativo também implica uma passagem pelo estado alpha, já estivemos todos nesse estado de consciência, mas nem sempre temos consciência do mesmo!
Tb estudei a vertente jñana yoga, permite percepcionar a realidade de uma forma deiferente, se bem que com alguma orientação, (eu fiquei meio esquizofrénica).
Mas fico feliz por estares atenta a essa filosofia..:)

Gostava de te ensinar a fazer auto-hipnose, mas é difícil, já faço há mts anos de forma natural e espontânea, descobri o que era, qnd um hipnoterapeuta me ensinou a fazer auto-sugestões e a visualizar, esses são os mais indicados para explicar o processo. Posso adiantar que implica respirar profundamente e uma abstracção total face a qualquer tipo de pensamentos numa fase inicial até atingires o estado de consciência alpha... posteriormente podem fazer-se sugestões com pensamentos positivos, dependendo do objectivo. Qual é o teu objectivo!? Relaxar apenas? bjinhos :)

Ois, ñ sei qual é a festa de dia 14, mas presumo que seja de trance! Nesse caso, não vou poder ir não só porque estou mal de guita, ainda tou a acabar o mestrado e ainda ñ recebi a bolsa de estudo, tenho andado a bulir pa ver se pago as propinas dentro do prazo.. :(
Fui a algumas festas há 9 anos atrás, mas ñ me identifico com o trance.
