A Man, with a heart of a child, naif as one, is about to face death penalty. his story is moving:
While he was an emigrant at Poland, living like any other poor man of his condition, living a quite life, he met the wrong people at the wrong time...
He allways had a dream in his heart to become a pop singer. A group of gangsters , approaches him, promising to help fullfill his lifetime dream and introduce him to the right people. For that he would have to fly to China.
Out of nothing, believing still in mankind, in people`s kindness, humanity, our man believes them and goes to china. But...they ask him to do them a favour and carry some luggage for them to China. This is a story that appears to be like any other, but this man is mentally ill, even according to a psychiatrist. I mean, let`s face it: a man who believes someone is going to help for his talent asking nothing in return, and ask him to carry out some luggage, and he believes?! doesn`t see it coming? the trap is getting into? you wouldn`t have to be a psychiatrist to figure it out!
Somebody who believes in kindness and good will like this is more than innocent, it is beautyfully innocent...

He is, though the name doesn`t seem, a british citizen. I wrote a letter, I wish you would read it, and copy/paste/send it!

Innocence is not an exclusive of children, though they are sacred to me, to mankind, though they are indeed innocent. Some people grow without loosing their child soul. Another muslim woman is about to be executed by stoning for another shallow reason as they usually are...
I do not know if she has children, but there is a strong possibility, her husband was hanged for the same shallow and unproved reason, if she has children, they will be orphans...that is the problem with death row: it kills the condemned and all the love chain around him or her, victims of this so called justice, and whose crime is to love their friend, mother, daughter etc.

Other women are in death row line for shallow reasons too!

Como há canalhas capazes de burlar idosos que não põem maldade em nada, também os há capazes de se aproveitar destas pessoas para conquistarem o idolo das suas vidas vazias: O MALVADO DINHEIRO! FOI O QUE SUCEDEU A ESTE DESGRAÇADO, CUJA HISTÓRIA VOU CONTAR, DE FORMA TÃO BREVE QUANTO POSSIVEL E QUE ESTÁ A PRECISAR DE ALGO QUE NÃO TEVE: COMPREENSÃO! O Nome dele é Akmal Shaikh e apesar do nome, é um cidadão britânico, que se acredita ser doente mental, foi condenado à morte na China por tráfico de drogas. O recurso, entretanto solicitado, falhou, e poderá ser executado dentro de dias. Akmal Shaikh foi condenado à morte a 29 de Outubro de 2008, pelo tribunal intermédio da Região Autônoma Uigur de Xinjiang (XUAR). O seu recurso foi rejeitado pelo Tribunal Superior Popular da Região Autônoma Uigur em Outubro de 2009, apesar do que foi argumentado pelo seu advogado em relação ao facto de ele estar mentalmente doente. Akmal Shaik foi detido no aeroporto da capital XUAR, Urumqi, em 12 de setembro de 2007, quando ele chegou de um vôo do Tajiquistão. Ele foi acusado de transportar quatro quilogramas de heroína em sua bagagem. De acordo com Hong Kong e os meios de comunicação internacionais, Shaik tinha sido enganado por uma quadrilha na Polónia, onde tinha vivido. Os membros de um gang prometeram apresentá-lo a pessoas do meio musical, que, supostamente, iriam ajudá-lo com a sua carreira na música, e organizaram tudo no sentido de ele viajar para o Quirguistão, e daí para a China e pediram-lhe transportar a bagagem que continha a heroína. Acreditando que ia viajar para cumprir o seu sonho de fazer carreira como pop star, ele embarcou num avião para a China, carregando a referida bagagem. POR FAVOR enviem apelos imediatos em chinês (caso dominem o idioma) , ou no vosso próprio idioma, ou ainda em Inglês: 1. Kobra Babaei, uma mulher iraniana, está em risco iminente de apedrejamento até à morte depois de o seu marido Rahim Mohammadi ter sido enforcado por "sodomia", em 5 de outubro. As autoridades iranianas não informaram o advogado Rahim Mohammadi de que ele estava prestes a ser executado, como é exigido por lei. De acordo com uma entrevista dada por Mohamad Mostafaei, Babaei Kobra e o advogado Rahim Mohammadi, no início deste ano, o casal tinha-se voltado para a prostituição para se sustentar financeiramente, após um período prolongado de desemprego. Mohammad Mostafaei disse que acredita que a execução foi ilegal e tornou pública uma carta que ele escreveu ao chefe do Poder Judiciário (disponível em Inglês em http://www.hra-iran.org/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id = 1835:34534 & catid = 66:304 & Itemid = 293) na qual ele disse que não havia nenhuma evidência de "sodomia" e que ele acreditava que essa acusação fora intentada contra Rahim Mohammadi, porque permitiria às autoridades enforcá-lo, ao invés de apedrejá-lo até à morte.

AUTOMOBILISTAS... A cidade é deles! dos que têem carro e não prescindem dele até para ir ao café. Estacionam por cima dos passeios, porque já não há lugares em mais lado nenhum, os invisuais chocam neles, verdadeiros obstáculos até para quem tem a sorte de ver, quanto mais...se não corremos passadeira fora, como parecem presumir que é nosso dever, somos insultados como se de facto as ruas da cidade lhes pertencessem...enfim... Façam como eu; quando isso sucede faço questão de andar mais devagar ainda, se me insultam respondo o mesmo sempre: «ANDA DE TRANSPORTES QUE EU TAMBÉM ANDO E AINDA AQUI ESTOU! MUITO FINA A CRIATURA...» Porque é isso mesmo que se tem que atirar em cara a esta gente egoista e pretenciosa que acham que nada têem a ver (ou não se ralam que é mais imoral ainda...)com o aquecimento global! os hectolitros de dióxido e monóxido de carbono, fora outros metais pesados, adoecem pessoas, árvores, animais, sujam, enegrecem as paredes de uma cidade que, não fora isso, podia ser bem mais bonita. É de tal forma, que quando saio da cidade e vou para a provincia, para a terra dos meus pais, ainda levo aquele estado de alerta constante aos carros, apesar de a pacatez da aldeia o dispensar...é um reflexo condicionado! Criticam a EMEL, porque a cidade não é deles...certo! e é de quem então? das pessoas, ou do rei e senhor automobilista? O comboio é um meio de transporte agradável, rápido que dá para pôr a leitura em dia, tal como o metro, e já ficou provado que qualquer deles é mais rápido que o carro, preso invariavelmente em filas, atrapalhando, justamente; os autocarros...é o cúmulo! quem escolhe o meio de transporte mais ecológico, paga o seu passe, não deveria ser detido por estes burgueses, salvo os casos de viaturas de serviço, emergências (cujo critério deveria ser criteriosamente avaliado), falta de transportes públicos na área onde se trabalha, horários nocturnos de trabalho, passeio ao fim de semana: e pronto! Agora fazem-se umas pseudo-ciclovias, que não passam de um desenho de uma bicicleta no chão, e um «corredor» que acaba dois metros à frente, lançando o ciclista «às feras» abruptamente. uma esp´´ecie de esforço ecológico de autarquias e juntas de freguesia «para inglês ver». As taxas ao estacionamento, tão criticadas, deveriam ser triplicadas! porque a tal da «crise» não é bastante para dissuadir este luxo! O juizo de censura sobre o automobilista comodista deveria ser muito maior do que é! muito além do famigerado DIA EUROPEU SEM CARROS que é inútil se não houver um esforço para reduzir emissões ao longo do ano. O fino automobilista que quer uma viagem supostamente aséptica, cómoda, personalizada e assim poder dormir até ao último segundo antes do horário de trabalho, ou quase levar o carro para a cama também... O pedido é pois que se intensifiquem campanhas ao longo de todo o ano; nos meios de comunicação social, outdoors, jornais, rádio, internet...etc. VAMOS CERCÁ-LOS! NÃO HÁ OUTRA SAÍDA! A censura social aqui é imprescindivél, mas também mostrar nos meios de comunicação social as maiores vantagens de outros meios de transporte. Talvez fosse, inclusive, o caso de recorrer à ajuda de figuras públicas populares. As alterações climáticas que tantas tragédias já causaram, as secas em certas regiões de África e não só, as cheias: para tudo isto dá o aquecimento global o seu contributo...quem ignora, é indolente com estes factos, esses sim usam e abusam do «pópó». A Vantagem que uma figura pública popular e milionária tem sobre outros milionários cujos rostos desconhecemos está no facto de aliarem dois factores que podem fazer toda a diferença para repor alguma justiça social: pelos exemplos que podem estabelecer, pelo cuidado com a sua imagem pública, pela visibilidade, mas também porque têem uma posição social mais vantajosa que a do geral da população mundial.

Três homens condenados à morte no Estado de Ohio deverão ser executados por injecção letal no início de Dezembro. l.
Lawrence Reynolds, de 43 anos, para ser executado em 8 de Outubro.
Darryl Durr, a 46 anos tem execução marcada para 10 de Novembro e também Kenneth Biros.

A Injecção letal como método de execução foi alvo de contestações judiciais nos últimos anos no E.U.A. e contencioso continuou mesmo após o Supremo Tribunal E.U. em abril de 2007 confirmou a constitucionalidade do protocolo de Kentucky sobre a execução. A maioria dos estados do E.U.A. da pena de morte, usa a mesma combinação de três drogas respectivamente para: anestesiar, paralisar e matar os prisioneiros condenados.
Não quero entrar em detalhes mais macabros, mas por vezes estas injecções correm mal…mas vou-vos poupar a detalhes.

O facto é que se repararem nas datas, todas elas são já próximas do Natal, um Natal dramaticamente triste para as mães dos condenados, as suas três mulheres e os filhos... destes prisioneiros, que pagam tanto, junto com eles, ou mais pelo sofrimento que lhes é causado, sem terem cometido qualquer crime senão gostar muito do filho, do pai ou do marido e não imaginarem a sua vida sem eles.

O OHIO, tem baixíssimo índice de revogação destas penas, de clemência. O governador é, pelos vistos, um iceberg.

Ajudem a Amnistia internacional a salvar estes 3 homens no OHIO e a acabar de vez com a pena de morte!

Three men on death row in the State of Ohio are due to be executed by lethal injection by early December. The state continues to defend its execution process, and the death penalty more generally, despite a recent "botched" lethal injection.
Lawrence Reynolds, aged 43, is scheduled to be executed on 8 October.

Darryl Durr, a 46-year-old, is scheduled to be executed on 10 November. Kenneth Biros, white, aged 51, is due to be put to death on 8 December.


If you notest the dates, they`re all close to Christmas, a very, very sad and dramatic Christmas for at least three women: their mothers (the ones still alive), their wives, their sons and daughters...it is a side of the problem we tend to forget: they too have family that pays just as much, sometimes more than they do, without commiting any crime.
